Operate a tractor-trailer combination (single or double) in urban, suburban, and rural areas in all types of weather conditions. Receive and verify dispatch instructions and v erify load against shipping documents. When hauling hazardous material, verify the hazardous material product description, determine any discrepancies in the paperwork, and verify proper placarding. Perform all duties in a manner that promotes superior customer service and professionalism.

For this role, we require: you to be at least 21 years old ; 6 months driving experience ; a High School Diploma or GED ; the ability to satisfactorily pass background check and alcohol and drug test ; a valid Driver's License ; a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A) with Hazmat Endorsement, Tanker Endorsement, and Doubles/Triples Endorsement; the ability to read, comprehend, and write in the English language and perform simple mathematical calculations ; the mental ability to handle receipts, read maps, road signs, and maintenance log; the ability to meet DOT regulations and guidelines pertaining to the physical qualifications for commercial drivers ; and satisfactorily pass alcohol and drug test.
