TransForce is seeking a CDL A Truck Driver to support local operations based in Ashland, Virginia.

CDL A Delivery Truck Driver Details:

Schedule: Mon - Friday; 10:30-11:30AM start time. 9-10 hour shifts.

Pay: $28 Per Hour

Route Type: Local- 3 stops. Farmville, Lynchburg, and Christianburg deliveries.

Freight / Load Type: Palletized office supplies

Handling: Heavy touch
CDL A Delivery Truck Driver Requirements:
- License: CDL A
-
Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
-
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)

Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A Delivery Truck Driver Responsibilities:

Transport palletized office supplies in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

Perform required handling tasks including using pump or electric jacks
-
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
-
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
-
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
-
Meet the physical demands of the role, including using pump jacks and hand delivering
