Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of Labor & Delivery experience – Required
• Strong labor experience with postpartum care
• Experience with newborn stabilization (STABLE preferred)
• Nursery experience (any level) – Preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced L&D environment

Certification Requirements

• California RN License – Required
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• NRP – Required
• ACLS – Preferred (required within 6 months)
• STABLE – Strongly Recommended
• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring (must obtain within 6 months)
