Covey Security is hiring a Part time Armed Field Supervisor Part time Patrol Driver to support multiple sites across the Phoenix area. This hybrid adds up to a full-time schedule.

This is a mobile leadership role - you'll be in the field covering shifts, checking sites, and coaching officers to keep standards high.

• Work directly with leadership and be part of decision-making
• Not stuck at one post - stay active and engaged in the field

• 8-hour shifts (Patrol Driver)
• Thursday-Friday
  • graveyard shifts ()
• 12-hour shifts (Armed Field Supervisor)
• Saturday-Sunday
  • graveyard shifts ()

• Cover call-offs and open shifts across sites
• Conduct site checks and coach officers
• Handle incidents and support field operations
• Enforce company standards and expectations

• Active Arizona Armed Guard Card
• 1+ year security experience
• Clean driving record (REQUIRED) - company vehicle provided
• Military / Veteran / Law Enforcement preferred
• Reliable, professional, and able to lead from the front
