Benefits

Job Summary

HCI is a national provider of occupational health services. We require couples or partners with a valid driver’s license or one qualified Class A CDL driver and one helper. Teams will travel nationwide to provide audiometric and respiratory screenings at industrial locations.

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time, including weekends.
• Full‑time teams: 340+ days OTR per year; seasonal teams: 270+ days for 9‑month or 3/1 quarterly agreements.
• Competent in basic technical skills (computer, internet, email).
• Physically fit to carry equipment and operate mobile units.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with no direct supervision.
• Valid driver’s license (or Class A CDL) for both team members; clean driving records; background check clearance.
• Will complete approximately 6–8 weeks of paid training and certification.
• Both team members must be U.S. citizens.
• Teams must have personal credit cards with a balance to book rooms and board for the first 7–10 days and to cover small expenses while in the field. Per diem is direct‑deposited weekly but paid in arrears after the first week.
