What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP
• Proven skills in IV starts and L&D procedures
• Epic electronic medical record experience
• Ability to float as needed within the facility
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Strong teamwork and patient-centered approach

Nice to Have:

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Additional certifications related to maternal health or neonatal care
• Experience with high-acuity patients in a busy hospital setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Registered Nurse RN license in the state
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred
• Prior experience in a Level I or Level II maternity unit

Additional Requirements:

• Night shift availability (Night 3x12-Hour shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Reliable transportation and adherence to hospital policies
• Willingness to undergo background checks and onboarding processes
