Job Title: Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (LDRP)
Location: Billings (MT)

Job Details

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12 hours (07:00 PM – 07:30 AM)
• Start Date: 06/01/2026
• Patient Population: Infants & Adults
• Unit: 20-bed LDRP unit
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Call Requirement: 3–4 call shifts per 8-week block
• Floating: Required (Pediatrics, NICU, and as needed)

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum care in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) setting
• Manage laboring patients, deliveries, and postpartum care including couplets
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and high-risk pregnancies
• Perform fetal monitoring and interpret fetal heart rate patterns
• Administer medications and manage labor interventions
• Provide newborn care and assessments
• Support breastfeeding and postpartum education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Must have LDRP experience (Labor, Delivery, and Postpartum care)
• Experience handling couplets required
• Travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted)
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications required
