Role Overview:

Team Size: 80+ FTEs, including a mix of experienced staff and new graduates.

Support Team: Charge Nurses for both day and night shifts

Departments: Includes lactation, antepartum, postpartum, and OB triage

Focus Areas: Building team trust and fostering stability.

Qualifications:

• BSN required
