Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications ACLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS (AHA).
• Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
• Certifications Fetal Monitoring - Intermediate
• Certifications NRP. Willing to obtain allowed for NRP.
• Specialty Experience 4+ years of experience in Labor & Delivery in last 3 years.
• Travel Experience 1 year of travel experience.
• Trauma Level Experience Trauma level 1+.
• Skills Assessment LAD skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations I have not requested more than two holidays off during my assignment.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: initiating, regulating, and monitoring intravenous infusions and blood products
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
