Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Minnesota, requiring a MN RN license and current NRP certification with L&D experience preferred.

Details

• Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
• Patient population includes maternal, neonatal, adolescent, and adult patients
• Evening shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 15:00–03:00

Requirements

• Active MN RN license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP, and Basic Electronic Fetal Monitoring
• Workplace Violence education required
• 2–5 years of L&D experience preferred
• STABLE certification preferred

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, nursing interventions, evaluation of care, and patient/family education
• Administers medications, IV fluids, and blood products as part of direct patient care
• All time-off and scheduling requests must be disclosed at the time of consideration
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
