Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery (L&D) (Nights) Phoenix AZ

Job Summary (List Format) for Labor & Delivery Travel Nurse:
- Location Restrictions:
- Candidates with an Arizona (AZ) home address on their driver's license will not be considered; copy of license required in application.
- Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 24 months current Labor & Delivery experience is required .
- Certification Requirements:
- All certifications must be American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross and active upon submission.
- Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, NRP, BLS.
- Certification documents must be included in submission.
- License Requirements:
- Must have an active Arizona RN license at time of submission (verification must be less than 30 days old).
- No license "hits" (disciplinary actions).
- Travel Experience:
- Prior travel nursing experience is preferred .
- All departments, locations, and shifts the candidate is willing to accept must be listed.
- All RTO (Requested Time Off) must be noted; cannot exceed 7 days and not approved in the first week or for holidays.
- Assignment Details:
- Start date should be on or very soon after the order start date.
- Weekend and on-call schedules will be determined by the facility.
