Your New Role
Operate CDL vehicles to transport equipment and materials throughout Ennis, TX, and surrounding areas
Assist crews with utility construction and horizontal directional drilling projects
Perform general labor duties such as trenching, digging, loading materials, and site cleanup
Complete vehicle inspections and maintain accurate driving logs
Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety procedures
Work outdoors in varying weather and job site conditions
Support the crew with field work, with driving responsibilities making up a smaller portion of the role

High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum 6 months of experience in construction, utility work, drilling, or related field work preferred
Valid CDL Class A preferred; Class B accepted
Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one
Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA compliance requirements
Ability to obtain tanker endorsement within 30 days of hire
Clean driving record that meets company insurance requirements
Ability to obtain a TWIC card and OSHA 10 certification after hire
Comfortable performing physical labor and lifting 50+ pounds
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Must be authorized to work in the United States
