Schedule

Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, rotating weekends, with no call requirements.

Job Description

The Labor and Delivery unit is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment. This position requires expertise in electronic fetal monitoring, BLS, ACLS, NRP, and intermediate fetal monitoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide care for laboring patients.
• Monitor and respond to fetal heart rates and other vital signs.
• Assist in the delivery process, including C-sections and vaginal deliveries.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform routine and emergency procedures as needed, including cerclages.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Labor & Delivery.
• Current RN licensure.
• Certifications in EFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP, and SVE competency.
• Experience with internal monitoring placement is preferred.
• Experience in a Level IV unit (high-volume unit) is also preferred.
