Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and repair of foundation systems, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Operate company vehicles to transport crew and equipment to job sites efficiently.
• Load and unload materials and tools, maintaining an organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are understood.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks on-site.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document job progress and report any issues to the crew leader.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge in foundation repair techniques.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in construction or related field preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of foundation repair techniques is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced crew members.
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to completing tasks efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  Bilingual is a plus
