Must reside 75 Miles from facility to recieve the travel rate. Shift: 645p-715a, every other weekend (36hrs) Required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, EFM or AWHONN, Epic experience, 2 years L&D RN experience, KY license at time of submission Note: Even though AWHONN is now accepted, if the worker is on assignment for 1 year, they will need to get EFM before 1 year.
