Remote IT Delivery Service Manager with an Enterprise Ecommerce Client focused on Server Support! This is a 3-6 Month W2 Contract (extension).

Our Client, A Well known Ecommerce Enterprise , is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized IT Delivery Service Manager to join their team! In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external teams across multiple time zones, including Product, Operations, and Development teams. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating resources, tracking deliverables, and ensuring high-quality execution of initiatives.

Contract Duration: 3-6 Month W2 Contract (open to extension)

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience managing high-profile IT delivery or infrastructure projects (flexible to 1–2 years for strong candidates)
• Proven experience coordinating complex technical work across teams
• Experience with ServiceNow for ticketing, workflows, and task management
• Background in Wintel or Linux server support (not required but strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure environments and change management best practices
• Exceptional communication, organization, and detail orientation
• Ability to work flexible hours and commit to aggressive project timelines

What You Will Be Doing

• Act as IT Lead, coordinating assessment meetings with service owners and rebuild teams using pre-defined scripts and structured delivery tasks
• Own and manage 2–3 change initiatives per week, including setup, scheduling, documentation, and execution
• Participate in and lead change management calls—these often occur during maintenance windows (nights/weekends)
• Follow established change management processes and maintain detailed documentation
• Support critical deadlines—some tasks will require availability on weekends (1–2 weekends/month)
• Track, manage, and report on progress across multiple moving pieces with high visibility
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and infrastructure teams
