Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery (L&D) (Nights)

Job Summary - AHSA Agency Partner (Berkshire Health Systems, Fairview Hospital - L&D Nurse)
- Work Location: Fairview Hospital, Berkshire Health Systems, MA
- Unit: Labor & Delivery (L&D), Postpartum/Mother-Baby
- Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years current L&D experience
- Postpartum/Mother-Baby experience required
- Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Nursing
- Certification Requirements:
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- BLS (AHA) - Basic Life Support
- STABLE
- Active Massachusetts RN License
- Agency must hold a Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License
- Interview Process:
- Must provide at least two specific dates/times of availability for interview (no "anytime" responses)
- Application Requirements:
- Complete work history
- Relevant skills checklist (current to 1 year)
- 1 supervisory reference (from past 2 years)
- Permanent address and own vehicle required
- All requested time off (RTO) must be included at submission (max 3 days, less preferred)
- Scheduling:
- All scheduling/RTO requests must be submitted with application
- No RTO requests accepted after submission
- Every other weekend and holiday coverage required as needed
- On-call requirements: Yes/TBD
- Holiday Coverage: Must work 2 of the following:
- Thanksgiving (and the Friday/weekend after)
- Christmas Eve/Day (and the Friday/weekend after)
- New Year's Eve/Day (and the Friday/weekend after)
- Other Requirements:
- Candidates within 50 miles of facility not considered
- 8 hours non-billable orientation
