Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, individualized patient care.

• Conduct assessments and implement personalized care plans.

• Administer medications and monitor patient health.

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams.

• Collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve positive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN License (Arizona or Compact).

• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation and auto insurance.

• BLS Certification (in-person required).

• Current TB test.

• State-required Fingerprint Clearance Card.

• Article 9 Training (provided during onboarding).
