Description:
Candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
Responsibilities include caring for females of childbearing years, those who are pregnant, laboring, and scheduled for procedures.
The unit manages triage issues, admissions, discharges, transfers, pre-op tasks, and deliveries, both vaginal and cesarean sections.
Familiarity with common equipment used in Labor and Delivery is essential, including fetal monitors and documentation systems.
Candidates must meet all certification requirements and demonstrate the ability to work rotating shifts.
