Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, L&D to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to labor and delivery patients in a high-risk environment.
• Assist with C-section and induction procedures according to facility protocols.
• Maintain patient safety through the use of Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, and telemetry monitoring.
• Utilize Meditech/CPN EMR systems for accurate patient documentation.
• Implement and monitor oxytocin policies to ensure patient safety and outcomes.
• Participate in team nursing and support efforts among staff to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital L&D RN experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM-C or AWHONN certifications.
• Experience with circulating C-sections is preferred.
• High-risk labor and delivery experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate and solutions-oriented professional.
