We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Labor and Delivery RN Manager to join our leadership team in Corpus Christi, TX. This full-time day shift role includes an on-call rotation every third week and provides the opportunity to lead a high-acuity, fast-paced L&D unit in a thriving Texas Gulf Coast community.

This is an ideal position for a clinical leader passionate about maternal health, team development, and delivering safe, compassionate, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for a 19-bed labor unit, 5-bed OBED, and 3 surgical suites
• Oversee and support a team of up to 80 FTEs, focusing on quality outcomes and staff engagement
• Provide on-call leadership support to postpartum and antepartum units every third week
• Partner with the Director to drive quality improvement and ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor and manage unit performance, staffing, patient flow, and care delivery
• Serve as a role model for evidence-based clinical practice and professional growth

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recent leadership experience in acute care Labor & Delivery (required)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma (required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) (preferred)
• Active RN license in Texas or Compact RN license with TX endorsement (within 60 days)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
