**Join Our Dynamic Labor and Delivery Team!** - **Position:** Registered Nurse - **Specialty:** Labor and Delivery - **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) **Why You Should Apply:** - Experience the thrill of supporting families during one of the most significant moments in their lives. - Work in a stimulating environment where no two days are the same! - Collaborate with a skilled team in a place that values your expertise and growth. **Requirements:** - **Experience:** 2+ years of labor and delivery experience required, precepting experience preferred. - **Patient Ratio:** 1:3. - **Certifications:** - Required: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP. - Preferred: AWHONN Advanced. - **Skills:** - Medication & Administration (Anticoagulation therapy, Antihypertensives, Insulin drips, Magnesium Sulfate therapy). - Labor and Delivery Management (Circulate for C-section, Sterile vaginal exam). - Antepartum Care and Procedures (Triage of obstetrical patients, Fetal Monitoring, Use of IUPC). - **Work Settings:** - Facility births/month: 200-300. - High Risk Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, LDRP. **Additional Information:** - **Patient Age Groups:** Neonates, Adults. - **Daily Census:** 12. - **Number of Rooms:** 10. - **Number of Beds:** 10. - **Orientation Hours:** 36. - **Floating:** Must be willing to float between like units. - **RTO Restrictions:** RTO must be included at time of submission. - **Guaranteed Hours:** Facility can call off once per two-week pay period. **Join Us:** - Take the next step in your career by becoming part of a vibrant labor and delivery team.
