Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery Transition Team position in Austin, TX, requiring at least 1 year of L&D experience and intermediate fetal monitoring certification.

Details

• Night shift position, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Rotating weekend requirement
• 13-week contract
• Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active TX or Compact RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP (Advanced 9th Edition, AAP card), and STABLE
• Intermediate or Advanced AWHONN fetal monitoring certification required, or NCCEFM
• Minimum 1 year of recent L&D experience required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required

Additional Information

• All certifications must remain valid through at least the first 30 days of the assignment; AHA or ARC certifications are accepted
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
