Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, personalized nursing care to women and children using the scientific nursing process.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Adhere to the Texas Nurse Practice Act and participate in committees, surveys, and improvement initiatives.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Diploma or Associate Degree) with an active RN license in Texas.
- No prior experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Current certifications in CPR-BLS; ACLS and NRP for Labor & Delivery to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
