Job Description: The RN – Labor and Delivery is responsible for providing comprehensive care to women during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. This role involves assessing the health and well-being of both the mother and the baby, providing emotional and physical support during labor, assisting in delivery, and educating patients about childbirth and postpartum care. The RN works collaboratively with obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare providers to ensure the best outcomes for both mother and infant.
