SHIFT: 12 hour nights+call about 1 birth/day Additional Information:1) Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions 2) 100 MILE RADIUS RULE* We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital. 3) RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract 4) Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply Position Urgency:Normal Billing string = Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center
