Position Type: Contract to Full-time hire
Pay Rate: $18 per hour, 12hr shift, 5:45pm - 6:00am
MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY
About the Role:
Integrity Trade Services is actively seeking a skilled and safety-conscious night shift production line worker to join a leading polymer manufacturing company specializing in polymer compound solutions and products. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic polymer production line environment. The ideal candidate will have prior production line experience with the preference being polymer production. They will also need forklift experience, preferably certified, in addition to a focus on safety, and a commitment to quality service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Feed or monitor non-hazardous additives and materials into production line and operate required production line feeders or machinery.

• Handle non-hazardous materials coming off or going into the production line.

• Transport materials from the production line to the adjacent warehouse using a sit-down, propane powered forklift.

• Demonstrate proper adherence to safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety/steel toed boots or shoes) at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of forklift experience.

• Recent or current forklift certification.

• Proficient in reading and speaking English.

• Basic understanding production line operations Polymer production line preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

• Demonstrates professionalism, dependability, and a strong work ethic.

• Physical ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), work in varying environmental conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing, bending, and working at heights over 6 feet (safety harness and fall protection provided).

• Must be able to pass employment screenings.
