About the Position
We are seeking safe, professional CDL-A drivers to support operations out of Indianapolis, IN. Drivers will be responsible for local deliveries of palletized carts, shrink-wrapped medical supplies, and equipment to healthcare customers across the state. This position starts at 3 AM. 
Pay & Schedule
~ Monday - Friday

~3 AM start

~ Drivers typically work 8–12 hour routes and average 45–48 hours per week. Overtime is paid after 40 hours. 

Key Responsibilities
Operate a tractor-trailer with a liftgate trailer

Complete on-time deliveries to hospitals, surgery centers, dialysis units, and distribution centers

Unload palletized freight using an electric pallet jack

Perform handcart work and manual handling as needed, lifting up to 40 lbs.

Maintain professional communication and safe delivery practices at all times
Minimum Requirements
~ Valid CDL-A license

~1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience

~ Hazmat endorsement preferred, but not required

~ Ability to safely unload using an electric pallet jack

~ Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)

~ Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
