Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Auburn, NY

Registered Nurse (RN) - OB, L&D, and Mother/Baby

Community Hospital. 90 bed facility. Charting System-Paragon. RN:PT is L&D 1:1-2 and MB is Couplets:3. NRP, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required. Scrub exp. preferred, but not required. Proctored EKG exam on Day 1 of contract.

24 guaranteed hours. A facility in Auburn, NY is looking for an RN who can cover OB, L&D, and Mother/Baby. In the event of low census, caregivers may be floated off the unit as helping hands. Unit is all in one. Call Required when shift is cancelled. ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring, NIH, NRP required. NYS license required. NIHSS certification required at time of submission. Must have 6 continuing education hours (CEUs) on Stroke related topic prior to start. Call is required. Facility has the right to cancel up to 3 shifts at no cost during the duration of the assignment. When cancelled they may also be assigned to other call shifts.

At least two years recent experience in field, current BLS certification, and a current nursing license per the state of assignment.
