Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal care to Labor and Delivery patients.
• Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment for delivering safe patient care.
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
• Supervise and direct assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery.
• Prior travel nursing experience required.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, and Fetal Monitoring.
• Proficiency in using clinical skills and judgment within the nursing process.
• Ability to wear Navy scrubs as required by the facility.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
