**Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor & Delivery!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team providing comprehensive care in a full-scope LDRP setting in a vibrant 8-bed unit! - Work the night shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with no call obligations. - Float within Women's Services, ensuring a variety of experiences while enhancing your skills. - Maximize your time off with a generous allowance of up to 6 days within a 6-week period! - Be a key player in an environment where you will: - Manage high-risk labor and provide expert fetal monitoring. - Circulate C-sections and participate in neonatal resuscitation. - Deliver exceptional postpartum and couplet care. **Requirements:** - Valid RN Licensure. - Current BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC), NRP certifications. - AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring and STABLE certification preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery nursing experience. - Proficient in the following: - Pitocin titration - Fetal monitoring interpretation - Postpartum/couplet care competency **Preferred Qualifications:** - Previous experience in a rural hospital setting. - Familiarity with the LDRP model of care. **Patient Ratio:** - 1:1 for labor - 3:1 for couplet care **Additional Information:** - Scrub color: Navy blue or pink. - EMR systems used: GE Centricity Perinatal (CPN), MedHost for orders, charges, and med scanning. - Travelers must be more than 50 miles from the facility and include necessary info in submissions.
