Who We're Looking For:
- ASN required; BSN preferred
- Active RN license in Indiana or Multi-State License (NLC)
- BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- 2+ years of experience in labor and delivery, OB, or maternity care preferred
- Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs and work on your feet for long periods
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for supporting patients and families through childbirth
What You'll Do:
- Deliver nursing care before, during, and after labor and delivery
- Monitor mother and baby, administer medications, and document care accurately
- Assist physicians and midwives during births and emergencies
- Educate and support patients and their families on newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum wellness
- Work 3×12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM), including rotating weekends and holidays
