**Join Our Dynamic Mother-Baby Unit as a Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Are you a passionate RN looking to make a significant impact in the lives of mothers and their newborns? - Join our vibrant team and thrive in an environment where your skills are valued and your contributions matter! - In this role, you will: - Provide exceptional nursing care in the Mother-Baby unit, ensuring safe and effective transitions for new mothers and infants. - Act as a Charge Nurse, leading and supporting your team to deliver top-notch patient care. - Float to other departments as needed, serving as a crucial safety companion when required. - Utilize your L&D experience, including antepartum, intrapartum, preop, circulate, and PACU knowledge. **Essential Qualifications:** - Current Montana Licensure as a Registered Nurse. - American Heart Association BLS certification. - STABLE certification within two years of hire. - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification with recertification every two years. - Demonstrated competence in and willingness to practice modified primary nursing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation (Assessment). - Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues (Diagnosis). - Identify expected outcomes tailored to individual patient needs (Plan of Care). - Develop, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care. - Foster a safe and healthy environment while promoting patient well-being. - Stay current with nursing practices and enhance quality and effectiveness. - Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver the best possible care. - Uphold ethical values and integrate research findings into practice. - Lead with confidence in both the nursing practice setting and the profession. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Strong judgment, patience, and professionalism in every situation. - Thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights. - Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills. - Comply with hospital policies regarding stroke care and participate in education initiatives. **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly. - Standing, walking, bending, and twisting frequently. - Comfortable with fine finger movements and close visual acuity. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
