Job Description:

The RN in Labor/Delivery (L&D) will provide comprehensive care to expecting mothers and their babies in a high-volume birthing center. The role requires LDRP experience, comfort in attending deliveries independently, circulating in C-sections, assisting with baby transitions, and managing high-risk cases such as preeclampsia and substance use issues.

Responsibilities:

• Attend deliveries independently and circulate in C-sections.
• Assist with catching and transitioning babies.
• Titrate drips such as Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin.
• Function in the postpartum unit with routine mom and baby competencies.

Requirements:

• Must have LDRP experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience; 1-year experience considered with prior travel history.
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP; prefer intermediate or advanced FHM.
