Job Description:
Responsible for providing nursing care to patients in the postpartum unit, ensuring the health and well-being of mother and infant following delivery.
Responsibilities:
- POC Glucose monitoring
- Breastfeeding support
- Post-partum hemorrhage management
- Assist with circumcision
- Hypertension assessment/management
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Postpartum hospital experience
- BLS & NRP certification
- High risk post-partum experience (preferred)
- Level 2 Nursery experience (preferred)
