We're looking for an experienced Forklift & Overhead Crane Operator to support our receiving operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, operates heavy equipment daily, and takes pride in moving materials safely and efficiently. Forklift experience is required for this role.
Shift Details
Monday-Friday
Start Time: 5:00 AM
8-12 hour shifts depending on workload
️ Mandatory overtime during peak receiving periods
Pay: $
Overtime paid at time-and-a-half
️ Position Overview
In this role, you'll play a critical part in inbound operations by operating forklifts (required) and overhead cranes to unload, transport, and stage materials. Your expertise will help ensure materials are handled safely, positioned accurately, and ready for production or storage.

What You'll Do
Operate a forklift daily (required) to unload trucks and move inbound materials
️ Use overhead cranes to lift, position, and stage large materials
Handle oversized or heavy loads with precision and control
Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and quality
Verify materials against packing slips and receiving documents
Transport and place materials in designated warehouse locations
Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to resolve discrepancies
️ What We're Looking For
Forklift experience REQUIRED (must be comfortable operating daily)
Forklift certification strongly preferred
Overhead crane experience preferred
Experience handling large, heavy, or fragile materials safely
1+ year in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime
