OTR Dry Van Drivers

• Drivers average $1,750 per week
• Base pay: 47CPM
• Earn an additional 17CPM in safety + performance bonuses
• Get home weekly to monthly, depending on location
• Additional pay for weekend availability (Weekend Warrior package)
• More than 60% drop + hook
• Primarily operating in the Midwest
• Up to $5,000 driver referral bonus (OTR only)

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 2+ years tractor-trailer experience
• No DUIs in the last 5 years
• Must be 23 years of age or older
