About the Position

We are currently seeking a CDL A Driver for a local position in Columbus, OH. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $26.00 per hour with overtime available after 40 hours. The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 7 AM and averaging 11-hour days.

• Pay: $26.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Average Hours: 11 hours per day

Job Details

• Route Type: Local truckload deliveries
• Freight: Wooden pallets
• Equipment: 53’ dry vans
• Handling: Primarily drop & hook, no touch freight

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver tractor-trailers containing wooden pallets.
• Pick up trailers at a customer facility and deliver them to the plant daily.
• Deliver trailers with repaired pallets to the customer's facilities.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A
• 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
