• Position: Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) / LDRP Nurse
• Location: Bentonville, AR 72712 — Northwest Arkansas travel nursing job
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (March 23, 2026 – June 22, 2026)
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM), plus call
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel, On-Site — travel nursing opportunity
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,950 – $2,060

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active RN license (state-specific requirements apply)
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) experience
• Experience in postpartum and antepartum care required; OB/maternal-newborn experience preferred
• Must have a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility (travel nurse eligibility)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients across labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum (LDRP) phases
• Monitor and assess maternal and fetal status, including electronic fetal monitoring (EFM), and respond rapidly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, pediatric teams, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure safe, evidence-based care
• Educate patients and families on childbirth, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Participate in on-call rotations and coordinate safe handoffs for travel nursing continuity
