Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. Willing to obtain is allowed.
• Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
• Certifications ACLS. Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS.
• Certifications NRP. Willing to obtain allowed for NRP.
• Certifications STABLE. Willing to obtain allowed for STABLE.
• Certifications C-EFM
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Labor & Delivery in last 3 years.
• Skills Assessment LAD skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 2 Supervisor references within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: Experience with Plan of Care development, implementation, and evaluation. Proficiency in patient assessment and sound independent decision-making. Experience with Medication Administration: Pitocin, Magnesium Sulfate, and Insulin. Clinical skills proficiency: IV starts, blood draws, PICC line management, and Epidural/PCA management. Proficiency with equipment: CPAP/BiPAP (nursery). Experience with Meditech charting and Galaxy Blue.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 75.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
