We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver to support transportation operations through the safe movement of materials, cargo, and equipment. Primary Responsibilities:Safely operate motor vehicles between various locations and destinations
Operate forklifts and general-purpose vehicles
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks including gas, oil, water, and safety items
Fuel vehicles using an automated tracking system
Load and unload cargo and baggage
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and work areas
Perform additional duties as assigned
Familiarity with safe loading and unloading procedures for various types of cargo
Proficiency in operating Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs)
Clean driving record with no moving violations or accidents within the past three (3) years
Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations
Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks
Strong time management and organizational skills
Effective communication skills for interacting with personnel and customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and schedules
Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts and other loading equipment
Ability to navigate using GPS systems and read maps for route planning
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL), maintained throughout employment
Minimum one (1) year of CDL driving experience
Minimum three (3) years of CDL driving experience
Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds independently (up to 100 pounds with assistance), and work in varying operational environments.
