Location : Abilene, TX
Shift : Night Shift (Varied)
Sign-On Bonus : $20,000
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Labor & Delivery Recovery Room team in Abilene, TX . Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, individualized nursing care to women and newborns during the post-delivery recovery phase.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure the achievement of optimal patient outcomes.
• Apply scientific nursing principles in the delivery of care and maintain high standards in maternal and child health .
• Adhere to the Texas Nurse Practice Act and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Uphold professional conduct and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education : Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, AD, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing).
• Licensure :
• Registered Nurse license.
• CPR-BLS certification required before patient contact.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required within 6 months of hire.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Experience : No previous experience required; we welcome new graduates and offer training.
• Skills :
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional appearance and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
