Unit Description
The Women's Health Services (WHS) unit features five private birthing suites, where mothers can labor, deliver and recover all in one room. After a baby is born, they are observed and bathed in the mother's room to promote bonding. From this point forward, the baby stays in the mother's room throughout the hospital stay.
