HOLIDAYS / WEEKENDS: Expect to work some holidays and weekends in rotation with staff, or as indicated in assignment confirmation. FLOATING: This facility has high P/C ratios and lots of floating - if a candidate isn't comfortable with this, please do not submit! Only 1 facility so would only be floated within the hospital. Qualivis workers will float in rotation with staff and in accordance with floating policies, as well as the clinical experiences of the worker being asked to float. Policies on floating comply with current standards of The Joint Commission, including the provision of an appropriate orientation to the new unit. References: not required with submission, will be required during compliance Return Staff Policy: must be gone 1 year and must have been in good standing at time of departure. Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 8 hours Modules are completed pre-start, any modules not completed pre-start may be completed during orientation. Module hours are factored in NBO Modules are self-reported
