A Day in the Life - Curtis - Registered Nurse

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.

• EMR: EPIC
• NBO: 16 hrs
• OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
• Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
• On Call: $9/hr
• Charge/Precept: $6/hr

OT billing:

• If scheduled 36-40 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs
• If scheduled 48 hrs/week, OT billed after 48 hrs

Unit Info:

• Beds: 3 LDRP, 4 Postpartum
• 1:1 ratio, active labor
• 1:3-4 ratio, couplets
• Titration of pitocin

Requirement description:

• 2+ yrs of L&D experience including Delivery Room experience
• Will accept 1st time traveler
• May float to Med Surg/ICU when needed
