Service Delivery Manager ()

Operate and support data center infrastructure. Monitor uptime SLAs and KPIs to ensure reliable delivery of services for Sales offices, HQ and 24x7 Manufacturing factories. Maintain IT and factory OT server infrastructure supporting 24x7 factory operations. Apply best practices to maintain 24/7 availability of business-critical systems at company factories. Execute projects related to data center infrastructure, migrations, capacity planning, hardware upgrades, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with engineering, facilities, networking, and external vendors to deliver mission-critical infrastructure projects on time and aligned with organizational goals. Support vendor engagement and coordinate with service providers for issue resolution and delivery. Implement Cloud Disaster Recovery methods and tools. Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions (Azure, Office 365, GCP, AWS). Administer SSO, MFA, and identity protection solutions. Analyze business requirements, recommend improvements, provide technical input, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis. Implement, support, and optimize VDI solutions. Configure and maintain cloud infrastructure logging and monitoring solutions (cloud-native or third-party). Operate and maintain traditional on-premises infrastructure technologies (e.g., virtualization, storage, networking). Work with OEMs to test and evaluate new datacenter/cloud technologies through proof of concept (POC). Maintain up-to-date information systems documentation, technology portfolio, and standards.
