Winnie Palmer Hospital is seeking for an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to provide safe transfer of patients to local facilities, discharges and outlying facilities.
Location: Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, Orlando, FL
Department: Mobile Transport
Type: Pool (1 shift per week)

Qualifications
Experience
One (1) year of ambulance driving experience and/or Fire Department experience.
Education/Training
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Successful completion of Emergency Medical Technician program from approved/accredited Department of Transportation (DOT) program. May also be a graduate of an additional paramedic program.
- Current Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) license or Paramedic (PMD) license in the State of Florida renewed every two (2) years.
- Maintain current Basic life support certification (BLS).
- Emergency Vehicle Operator's Certificate (EVOC) certification.
- Valid Florida driver?s license with no more than six (6) points, at least 21 years of age, and must be insurable under the Orlando Health Insurance carrier's requirements and standards.
