Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting travel opportunity for an experienced Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Beverly, Massachusetts . This assignment offers a highly competitive weekly blended rate of $3,330 , based on three 12-hour night shifts per week. This role provides an excellent opportunity to further your obstetric nursing skills within a respected community hospital known for exceptional maternal-child outcomes.

Key Responsibilities of the Labor and Delivery RN:

• Provide comprehensive care to laboring patients throughout antepartum, intrapartum, and immediate postpartum stages
• Perform maternal and fetal assessments, including monitoring contractions and interpreting fetal heart tracings
• Assist with deliveries, including vaginal and cesarean births
• Administer medications and manage epidural infusions under provider direction
• Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesiologists, and support staff
• Educate patients and families on labor progression, newborn care, and postpartum expectations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Respond promptly to obstetric emergencies, including postpartum hemorrhage, fetal distress, and hypertensive crises

Requirements of the Labor and Delivery RN:

• Active Massachusetts RN license (or ability to obtain)
• BLS and NRP required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience
• Proficiency in fetal monitoring interpretation
• Strong communication, assessment, and patient support skills
