OT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x
NBO : 8 hrs
OT billing:
--- if scheduled 36-40 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs
--- if scheduled 48 hrs/week, OT billed after 48 hrs
Deliveries per month : 160-180
High Risk Deliveries - Sioux City is in a location where they have a very high risk patient population. Large population of non-English speaking patients.
We need them to have excellent clinical skills because we don't have a physician on site 24/7 so our nurses do a lot of triage and assessments prior to the physician seeing them . We would also like them to have experience with larger high volume delivery centers.

Requirement description :
- 4+ years of L&D experience in a hospital setting
- Circulating experience is needed , scrub experience encouraged
- multiple travel contracts completed encouraged
- EPIC STORK experience strongly preferred - note in profile
- ALL certs must be active
- High Risk experience required
- Triage and Assessment skills strongly desired
- Experience with larger high volume delivery centers -- 200-300 deliveries/month
- must be willing to pick up 2 extra shifts/month
- Work history/resume
- Home/taxable address (just need to be listed somewhere in profile, ex. resume, in the notes section of the submittal)
- Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)

- Copy of BLS (AHA) or ARC
