During this time, you will receive guidance and support to develop your skills, learn best practices, and become a top performer.Upon successful completion of probation, drivers can earn a $600 sign-on bonus.The bonus will be paid once the following conditions are met:

  • Drive Amazon-branded equipment (new sleeper cabs!)
  • Haul 100% no-touch freight
  • Work a mix of Afternoon, Evening, Overnight, Weekday and Weekend shifts
  • Be home every other day when working a single shift
